Do you know a college student in his or her second or third year, who will graduate with a degree leading to a career in radio broadcasting? If so, Telemedia Broadcasting (Thunder 104.5 WGRX & 95.9 WGRQ) has great news about a scholarship award.
As a memeber of the International Broadcasters' IdeaBank (IBIB), we want to give one college student $7,500! To win, you must complete the required application. The application is available by clicking HERE or in person at our offices at 4414 Lafayette Blvd. in Fredericksburg.
The deadline for receipt of applications in February 29. The scholarship will go to one student who is now attending a U.S. college or university, and must seek a degree in radio broadcast-related programs. These include: mass media, communications, journalism, or advertising. The is only for students currently attending college and in at least their second or third year.
