If you have lived in the Fredericksburg area for a bit, then you probally have heard my name and the words sports mentioned together. I started in radio working at stations around the region, but deceided to jump into television in the 80's. I took a sports job with Channel 3 (Presteige, Adelphia, Comcast cable) and made my way up to Sports Director. I did commentary for weekly featured high school and college games, as well as hosting weekly sports talk shows, and anchoring sports on the evening news. There was a busy 19 years!
So let's do some math... that means I have been in the Fredericksburg area now for over 25 years and have found myself right back in radio here at WGRQ. I enjoy so much about our area and have met some wonderful people, including my wife of over 27 years.
